CLAIRY BROWNE & THE BANGIN RACKETTES "GOOD PROBLEMS" "WALK OF SHAME"

La Band di Clairy Browne & The Bangin' Rackettes fece il loro primo debutto in Studio, presso la Webster Hall, situato nell'East Village di New York City. Una band soul con tre cantanti di supporto, che porta cosi il pubblico verso l'età d'oro, di quella che fù la musica RB negli anni 50 e 60. Influenzati dalle dive big del soul, Etta James, Ruth Brown, e Tina Turner. Lei, la leader Clairy Browne è coraggiosa, cruda e forte. Ci vuole riportare indietro negli aspetti degli anni 60, a iniziare dai costumi colorati (vedere in giro per il web). Hanno avuto un grande seguito nella loro città natale di Melbourne. Il disco di debutto della band, 'Baby Caught the Bus', della Vanguard Records, combina soul, blues, jazz e RB, in un'affascinante raccolta di canzoni, dove gli ascoltatori gli riconoscono una voce potente, che ricorda Amy Winehouse. Il loro singolo 'Love Letter' l'anno scorso è stato utilizzato in una campagna pubblicitaria della Heineken chiamato 'The Switch', che ha raccolto oltre 1 milione visualizzazioni su YouTube. Il gruppo australiano fà del Soul, jump blues, doo-wop e ska, anche sè secondo mè sfida davvero i confini di una categoria musicale.
