SCOTT SILBERT "INTRODUCING THE SCOTT SILBERT BIG BAND:JUMP CHILDREN"

CODE QUARTET "GENEALOGY"

Clare Teal is one of the UK’s most celebrated and much loved jazz singers, as well as a prolific recording artist and popular BBC Radio 2 broadcaster. To date she has recorded and released 13 albums to public and critical acclaim. Her stunning voice, encyclopaedic knowledge of jazz, swing and big band music, and her innate warmth and wit have made Clare one of the most sought after singers and broadcasters in the country. Grant Windsor is a pianist, composer, arranger, conductor and producer from Perth, Western Australia.He began classical studies early at the age of 9 beginning on flute. This led him to be involved in groups all around Australia from an early age, such as the National Children Wind Ensemble, West Australian Wind Ensemble and at age 17 Grant arranged and performed the original musical "Australian Stories" on tour.Bass player Simon Little is a graduate of The Guildhall School of Music & Drama.  He joined pop group 'The Divine Comedy' in 2001 toured extensively in Europe and the US and is still an active member.  Simon has also toured and recorded with a variety of artists, including Maggie Reilly, Chris Difford, Ben Folds and Nick Cave. DARYL McKENZIE JAZZ ORCHESTRA "RETURN JOURNEY"

The Daryl McKenzie Band started in the early 80’s as both a versatile function band and a band that could back world class artists. Over the years both the 8-piece and big band have been critically acclaimed for their superb musicianship and polished professionalism.During the 90’s Daryl McKenzie took over the role of Musical Director of the Nine Network’s “Hey Hey It’s Saturday” which saw the Hey Hey Band perform with international artists such as Tom Jones, Joe Cocker, Barry Manilow, Bonnie Raitt, Trisha Yearwood, Roger Daltry and Randy Crawford; as well as Australian artists such as Tina Arena, Human Nature, Tommy Emmanuel, James Morrison, Rhonda Burchmore, Debra Byrne and Marcia Hines (to name a few!). A reunion series saw the Hey Hey band back in 2009. Other TV shows Daryl and the band were involved with included Australia’s Got Talent (series 1, 2007) and Dancing with the Stars (4 eps. 2005/6) and the AFI awards (2004). In October 2012, vocalist Chelsea Reed brought five of her friends together to play some tunes in a South Philly dining room. Secretly, her plan was to form a band that played for swing dancers, so she could finally have the chance to sing her favorite songs for an audience that loved early jazz as much as she did. Since that fateful afternoon, those unsuspecting handsome men have comprised the Fair Weather Five: Noah Hocker on trumpet, Chris Oatts on saxophone, Jake Kelberman on guitar, Joe Plowman on bass, and Austin Wagner behind the drums.Now, over a year later, Chelsea Reed and the Fair Weather Five are at home at swing dances, jazz clubs and concert halls alike. JEFF CASCARO & HR BIGBAND "ANY PLACE I HANG MY HAT IS HOME"

Naomi Uyama has been steeped in classic jazz from the swing era since beginning her lindy hop career at the tender age of 16. After going crazy for swing dancing, winning international awards, and teaching around the world she began to focus more and more on the music. She began singing and studying, moving to New York City for more access to the growing traditional jazz scene there. After getting to work with some of the lindy scene's most prominent bands she decided to form her own project- the Handsome Devils.As the idea took shape the focus was on choosing the right guys. The musicians had to be great players, have respect for dancers, and work well together on and off the bandstand.  The Devils were all hand picked from the top talent in the classic jazz scenes of New York and Chicago.  Naomi considers herself so fortunate to get to work with her dream swing band line up, and is constantly in awe of the Devils' musicianship.Though formed recently the individual members have decades of experience swinging hard and keeping dancers happy.  They have just released their debut self titled CD, and have played across the U.S. in renowned ballrooms and at pro competitions, and at the world's largest swing dance camp- Herräng, in Sweden.  NAOMI AND HER HANDSOME DEVILS
